Breathitt County is proud to be a part of Berea College's GEAR UP Promise Neighborhood. Alonzo Fugate and Paula Clemons-Combs are the Academic Specialists who will be working with students in the cohort focus group in grades 9-12. They are very pleased to be working with the students of Breathitt County!
